The invention relates to a device for processing paper web in the drying part of a paper machine and is intended for use in the pulp and paper industry.
A device for processing paper web. the drying part of the paper machine, which includes means for feeding a continuously moving paper web, a horizontal roller size press with a device for supplying glue to at least one surface of the paper web and a half-calender in front of the size press with means ^ for regulating the pressure in the gap between the shafts £ 1 ].
A disadvantage of the known device is that it does not provide a sufficiently high quality processing-20 ki and simplicity of design.
The purpose of the invention is to simplify the design and improve the quality of processing.
This goal is achieved by the fact that in the device for processing paper 25th web in the drying part of the paper machine, including means for feeding continuously moving paper web, a horizontal roll-type 5 size press with a device for supplying glue for at least one the surface of the paper web and half-wet calender installed in front of the size press with means for adjusting the pressure in the gap between the rolls, the first size press shaft and the last along the direction of the paper web al half-baked calender disposed in direct contact and 15 form between them a grip for the wiring of the paper web.
In addition, the device has a guide roller for the paper web located above the last shaft of the semi-moist calender and the first shaft of the size press.

The device includes means for feeding the paper web 1, a horizontal roll size press with shafts 2-5.
The first gap of the size press is made between shaft 2 and shaft 3 of the size press, the other is the transfer gap between shafts 3 and 4 and the next gap is between shafts 4 and 5. In this gap, cover material is supplied by pipelines 6 in dosed quantity.
In front of the size press there is a half-baked calender with means for regulating the pressure in the gap between { d shafts.
The gap between the shafts of kg shandra is formed between the shaft 7 of bleached cast iron and the shaft 8 of the variable bombing of stainless steel. 8 shaft 20 a stainless steel boiling chamber 9 has a shaft with a gap regulating the presser block 10 'within chamber 9 against the gap. For applying a coating layer, or gluing, to the underside of the web, it is transferred to the shaft surface 2 by the size press rollers 3, 4 and 5. The device (see Fig. 2) allows you to apply a coating layer on both sides of the web passing through the size press. The web is continuously fed through the guide roller into the first gap.
• Directly after this gap, the web is passed upward through the guide roller 17 into the second gap or gap for applying a coating layer. A clearance for applying a coating layer is formed between the shaft 8 and the third shaft 2 for applying the coating layer. The device includes means for feeding a paper web 1, a horizontal roller glueing machine: with a press, with shafts 2-5. The first gap of the size press is between the shaft 2 and the shaft 3 of the size press, another transfer gap between shafts 3 and 4 and the next gap between shafts 4 and 5. In this gap: supply of cover material is provided by pipelines b in the dosage quantity. In front of the sizing press, a half-calender is installed with a means for regulating the pressure in the gap between the shafts. A gap between the shander shafts is formed between the shaft 7 of the bleached iron and the shaft 8 of the variable stainless steel bombing. The stainless steel shaft 8 has a shaft chamber 9 with a gap adjusting the pressure pad Yu inside the campha 9 against the gap. The device (see Fig. 2) allows the coating layer to be applied on both sides of the web passing through the size press. The web is continuously fed through the guide roller to the first gap. Immediately following this gap, the web passes upward through the guide roller 17 into the second gap or the gap for applying the coating layer. A gap for applying the covering layer is formed between the shaft 8 and the third shaft 2 for applying the covering layer. The web passes down into the second gap, which acts as a bathing device for applying the covering layer, where the covering layer is applied to both sides of the web simultaneously through the supply tubes 6 cover material. After applying the coating layer to the gap, the web is led out of the second gap through the guide roller. The proposed device allows, with simplicity of construction, to ensure a high quality of the processing of the web. Claim 1.
